Accessibility Statement for Share2Care
This accessibility statement applies to the Share2Care mobile application, which may appear in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store as “Share2Care – WYICB”.
The Share2Care app is delivered and managed by Care Networx Ltd on behalf of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including unpaid carers, patients, families, and individuals with disabilities or accessibility requirements.
Our Commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the Share2Care app.
This means users should be able to:
- Zoom in up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Navigate the app using assistive technologies where supported by their device
- Use screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack
- Change device accessibility settings including text size, contrast, and display preferences
- Access content using clear and simple language where possible
