If you haven’t been invited into the App then you can create your own account by navigating to the App Stores (Google Play or Apple) and searching for Share2Care – WYICB or click on the following URL and this will present an overview of the app and it’d features with a link to the App stores

You are also able to delete your account from within the app. Navigate to your profile page after logging in; scroll to the bottom of the page where you will be able to delete your account yourself by following the instructions.

Use a paper version of your emergency/contingency plan for those you look after and care for. Â Be mindful that emergency/contingency plans uploaded on the App may not have pulled through onto your health record.
