You are also able to delete your account from within the app. Navigate to your profile page after logging in; scroll to the bottom of the page where you will be able to delete your account yourself by following the instructions.

Use a paper version of your emergency/contingency plan for those you look after and care for. Be mindful that emergency/contingency plans uploaded on the App may not have pulled through onto your health record.
